Ans: Ai its core ai refers to machine or computer systems that can perform tasks typically requires human intelligence this tasks include recognizing patterns , understanding speech , making decisions and even learning from data . 

Ai can be found in many everyday tools we use like virtual assistant and even in customer service chatbot .
